Consistancy of substrate of pf tek?

Ok i promise this is my last question for the day, what should be the consistancy for the substrate using the pf tek, i dont wanna mess it up. any pics would be appreciated too. I Followed the instructions carefully but it said it would tire my arm but it only took like 3 mins to mix. btw i used 2/3 verm, 1/4 flour, 1/4 water. Thanks

just remember to pack it very loosely in the jar,, more like drop clumps on top of each other, and stack, don't manipulate the drop..

not very. just use the correct amt of water and you'll be fine. it feels kinda dry you're probably strait
