id help - saw this behind a bush in my front yard

hey all, this is my second post here and i thought this was interesting. i walked outside today dumping out a contaminated rice cake (i just started growing a week ago) and as i was getting the waterhose i noticed a psilocybe cubensis, (i think) growing behind a bush next to the hose. there would be no reason for this to be growing there BUT i remembered dumping out a shitload of mushrooms i found shroom huntin a few months ago, and dumped them out after getting them soaked in water and pretty much ruining my entire find. kinda sucks but i thought it was nice to know they are growing in my yard...100 miles from the field i picked them in, but i am still not positive it is what i think it is. thats why i busted out my digital camera to see if anyone could help me id these. it looks like golden teacher but i?m not sure what strain. it has the little ringy thingamajigger on the stem, so i am 99.9% sure it is a cube but still...i need a second, third, sixtyeth opinion before i make me a peanut butter sandwich.

much thanks to all your replies

This mushroom walked into a dance club and asked this girl to dance. She replied, "Are you kidding? You are a mushroom!!" And the mushroom replied, "Oh come on. I am a FUN GUY!!" (fungi) hahah

Doesn't look like a cube to me... Stem is too thin. Check the spore print..

/me thinks it's a Lepiota, because of the scaly cap. Print should determine this.

I also think that it's a Lepiota. Spore print should be white in that case.

I don't see how you could confuse a cube with this mushroom, even if your a newbie, but thats why you ask for Identification
