condensation dripping on cakes
    #740799 - 07/12/02 06:59 AM (14 years, 6 months ago)

Is it alright for the condensation to drip on the cakes if the invitro tek is being used? The lid is a little loose for air exchange and it's been about a week and no signs so far.

I wouldn't worry about slight dripping onto the cakes. What I would worry about is a constant flow of water that leaves the cakes submerged and soggy. This would lead to rot. Good luck.

how would that be taken care of then? Would a bottom layer of verm suffice? There aren't any pools of water at the bottom but there are some wet spots as well as the sides and top of the jar which has condensation all over
