I'm withdrawing....what now?

Here's the problem:
I've been doing Oxycontin (80-200mg a day) for about the last 4 years. In the last week I've moved across the country and now I'm withdrawing. Not anything serious, as I've been weening myself down for the last few months. But I still have the typical abundance of liquid shit and lack of sleep. Other than more narcotics or Suboxone I really don't know what else to do, but neither of those are an option for me anymore.
So what the hell can I do to stop the shits, and most of all what can I do to improve my sleep?
I tried some tylenol PM the last few nights which I know is a no-no. I learned quickly why, I didn't help me sleep at all in fact it did the opposite, and now it seems to be making the 'drawls worse. So anyone out there have any remedy's for narcotic withdrawals?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you've been there you know precisely how much it would be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

you could try kratom... any anxiety med like xanax or valium is good if you dont make it a habit. you can get poppy pods and ween yourself off with them... but thats just as habit forming so maybe that wouldnt be the best idea...

Yeah I'm just waiting for the snow so I can go snowboarding. I'm just in a new place, no access to nothing!! So I'm just trying to see if theres anything I can do/take that won't set me backwards, that will help tonight or soon anyway. As I cannot sleep, closing my eyes is a feat in itself.

You could try melatonin for sleep, I've never tried it, and heard varying degrees of success with it.

Take some Immodium for the diahrrea. Loperamide is the active ingredient. It is an opioid of sorts that doesn't cross the BBB but it has effects in the digestive system.
I didn't know taking Tylenol PM was a no no...can you explain why? I use plain ole Doxylamine Succinate to fall asleep when I am in withdrawal and it really helps the cramps and everything too.

I usually tell the ATM I want a receipt and that I won't be making any more transactions. If it's one of those ATMs that eats your card make sure you don't forget it when you walk/drive away.

I was in about the exact same boat except I went two years and not four. Unless crapping all the time is messing up your job or something, just realize that your body is getting rid of all that crap that it couldn't get out while you were jacked on opiates, and it needs to come out sooner or later.
Melatonin is a good idea. I personally loved hot baths with Epsom salts to help with the pain.
I wish you the best. I'll be clean 4 years in December, and while it takes a while to really recover, it is worth it.
