I'm a big fan but that is my least favorite of all his books.

I liked Prometheus Rising very much even though Icelander told me it sucked.

i'm not so bug on Prometheus rising... it was so different than anything I was expecting.

i think an audiobook would be great.

Not stupid. I have done some but not all of them by any means.(I'm a slacker.) They can be found in some variation from other sources from Buddhism to Castaneda to Magick.

Huge fan of RAW
but i found the illuminatus! book more than disappointing. I didnt even finish it.

for me its a great example of what i DONT want my own book to turn out like.

But of course, it is at the same time the best book ever written.

gotta admit, i did not go through all of the exercises in P.Rising. Actually, I lost interest about 2/3 of the way through, since I really wasn't into a workbook - although I'll probably pick it back up again. It's not really a book you would need to read from beginning to end, like any workbook it can be read selectively.

I can't help but think that some of the exercises might be tongue in cheek.

Get beligerently drunk and jump on a table and tell everyone they're a bunch of stupid assholes.

Chug two energy drinks, find an unsuspecting victim, and explain the universe to them in 30 seconds.

Great read.

i enjoy bob's writing very much. read Illuminatus! and Schrodinger's Cat trilogies a few years ago. been devouring his "non-fiction" stuff lately. might get around to reading his other "fiction" later.
