Too late to use a fogger?

ive seen these buggers on one plant im my closet. its started about 2 weeks ago. yellow to white with 6 legs and stalks for eyes, and two black thins sticking out of its butt. they go for the bottom leaves of this one plant. population is very limited. 2 weeks ago, only found 3. i keep checking all plants almost everyday. a few days ago, found 5. today, i find 1. im just entered my 3rd week of flowering. the guys at a couple of different hydro stores say its fine to use a chemy fogger this late, that you could use one up to a week before harvest. i dont want my flowers to taste like pyrethium, know what i mean?
    im afraid to bomb because of the taste, but im afraid that the bug population will explode and eat my pretty flowers :confused: any help?

How big are these bugs. The only real plant killers at this stage are stem borrowers and root eaters other then spidermites.

Are these your pests?

they look just like those beasts.... still fog?? or just some neem? im using hot pepper wax right now, watcha think magash?

the orange oils eat away at the bugs exoskeleton, weakening it.
the living organisms in the compost tea start to feed on the weakened bugs, getting stronger as they consume molasses nutrients! eventually the bugs will be devoured by nature, and this spray is harmless to all of the plants i have tried it on.

where/ how do i get citrus oils and how can i get/ make compost tea? will hum tea or organics alive work?

buy a bag of compost, soak some compost tied off in a pillowcase, cheesecloth etc into a bucket of water, and u have compost tea...

orange oil can be found at natural food stores, herb stores, etc
usually used to flavor baked foods with...

im sure hummus would have the same microorganisms, but a full spectrum compost (poo + carbons like hay etc) would probably be more on topic...

whats organics alive? bottled microorganisms?


ive only tried this method about 10 times, but it works great with aphids, scale bugs, whiteflies etc...

There aphids. Neem should handle it or the above mixes, they are not a very tuff little pest. They sure are no equal to the spider mite.

hooray! thanks all, the crop is looking extra creamy this time around! i went advanced nutrients crazy this month and i, without a doubt, swear by them. i hear theyre throwing an after party after the indoor expo in SF this sat, and the hydro store guy told me i could go with him! open bar, here i come!
