in my dreams i would plan on getting soon. And in that dream i kept mots of them out side and id had one sitting inside on a north facing screened window sill that lets in 40% light. in my dream id like to do this just to have one in my room to look at and baby. is that enough light? if not id plant on getting a floro to keep near it. my sally and Psychotria are doing great there.

HAHAHAHA, im one paranoid mofo, about them "DREAMSSSS". ok well im talking about a north faceing window, with a screen on it, and i dont want em to stretch.

A fluro could only help. Or go with a small HPS light. The cactus loves light.

if i do get a light ill end up bringing all of my cactus in. What is the cheepest light one could get to help maby 15 or 20 seedlings and 3 or 4 grown lophs?

Too much light will burn slow growing cactuses. I would use the north facing window or a flouro. The way you know if they aren't getting enough light is if they start to grow skinny like a stick instead of round like a globe. Brown or red means too much light and they will die right away if small.
