lol, i was just picking on you for your ignorance, no real offense.
the philosophers stone was an utopical concept that the old thinkers came through, it's not a cactus LOL!

dude, on cacti there's not much more beyond the lophophoras and trichocereus. not that i know. all i know is that after you start growing your plants you might find yourself growing even ornamental ones because they're all living pieces of art...
beware, lophs are forbidden in US.
best of luck!

PS: beware of look alikes, compare the pictures of trichs to the pictures of cereus peruvianus, myrtillocactus geometrizans, stenocereus, pilosocereus.
that might save you a few bucks!

there's nothing like the holy mucus! =D
i wish i had some right now!
if momma wasn't at home...
what can i say? i guess monstrose/crested varieties of trichs/lophs are stronger than the usual ones because they grow a little slower...
but i sure cannot foresee myself cutting a piece of any monstrose or crested plant for snot... =)
they look too well to be turned into snot.
happy new year to you too!
