Drying Tek, MOE's, Oven, dehydrator ? ? ?

Hi all,

I know your tired of me asking questions, but I harvested my first case today. I was able to get 51g wet. Tomorrow I plan on eating some of them and going to watch firework ( I recommend you do the same ). Right now I'm using MOE's drying tek, and it doesn't seem to be drying them very fast. I was wondering if there is any method that will dry them overnight, that doesn't cause a loss in potency. Please don't refer a tek that you haven't tried. I've gotten these this far, don't want to ruin it now.

Go buy a really cheap dehydrator at walmart....disconnect the haeter part in the bottom.....put shrooms in.......turn on....

You should have most of the shrooms dry when you wake up in the morning.....the rest will soon follow

Just be careful...I bought a "cheap" dehydrator but the wiring from the power button to the fan motor and to the heating unit was an open circuit...I totally destroyed the damned thing before even using it. So I just bought one with an adjustable temp gauge.

Plenty of peeps dehydrate at 80-100 degrees without any loss of potency...so I'm giving it a shot.

Why not just eat them fresh of the casing? I would recommend that for the next holiday.

That is exactly right. but i have a feeling he just brought it back to the store. at least i would have. Also make sure it is a high watt resistor you don;t want it causeing a fire. those heaters useuly take a good amount of current goign through them.

put them on a powerful fan. they won't become cracker dry, but you can eat them still. just as long as they don't just sit and rot.
