yea chemicals are bad but  their the best way to preserve shroomies and will not affect the fruit unless you let it touch the chemical... then ... well then i'd throw it out! :smile:

Easy drying tek:

Turn oven low, 100 - 150
Put shrooms on paper on middle rack.
Place small fan on open oven door . Position so it blows on shrooms.
The combination of warm air and air movement will dry them out in about 2 hours.
Keep sealed in a canning jar.
