i microwave epsom salt in a container until all of the moisture is gone, Place a paper towel over it, then cover with saran wrap. It'll be dried in a day. You can also finish it off with some dessicant before they get completely dry if you cannot wait that long. I believe it is the Rail Gun drying tek.

Definitely dry them in front of a fan for 24-48 hours, THEN end dry them with some desiccant.

run some string from place to place, pretty much anywhere, in multiple levels. you can tie the shrooms from that or use clothes pins hung from the horizontally hung strings. Place fan where it will blow them shrooms or just let them hang there if it is well circulated engouh.

Doesnt work, i tried it at the epsom salt woulnt suck any H20 in.

Fan dry for 24-48 hours. Buy a shit load of epsom salt and bake it all at once in the oven for 45 mins at 400 F. Then once its done smash it into chunks, not powder and put your shroom right on it. Epsom salt isnt like dessicant, the mushrooms can be right on it and they just dry faster

I didn't know you can put them directly onto the salt. I really didn't want to find out what epsom salt tastes like OR if that is healthy. I always microwave the epsom (about 10-15 mins) and my harvests always come out fine.

Just go to walmart and buy there $39 food dehydrater. You shrooms will be dry in not time. No hassles and no mess.

put two cinder blocks down stretch some window screen between them put two more cinder blocks on top of first two ,put shrooms on screen ,layer as necessary ,set fan blowin on shrooms ,in an air conditioned house they will be dry in way less than a day, less than 12 hrs really, a fan and a rack will work for small amounts.it makes your whole house smell like shrooms its great.

salt drying is a shit for me. my whittish shroomies turned black.
i also tested the fan thing and is so cool. in one day they were ready with no alteration of their color...

imho [and please dont shout at me] the best idea is the one already written: buy a dehydrator. after all, 80 shrooms can make this gift to you, dont u think?

1. Take a plastic laundry basket with many large holes in it for air flow
2. Put a box-fan flat on top of it so it blows downward
3. Place the fruits on top of the blowing fan on high speed--fruits can be sliced in half for quicker drying and a fine mesh is helpful for small pieces or aborts.
4. Once they're shrunken but still a little flexible, use your black-t-shirt with lighbulb tek until cracker dry or use my method, a shoebox cover on top of your computer monitor.

Of course, that's just what I'd do if I was in your condition...LOL

Actually its health to eat it. Besides you can just shake off the epsom salt from the mushroom. My larger mushrooms that need quick drying are barried in epsom salt, cracker dry in 12 hours withought fanning
