Several of you will have an email in your box from me.  My merchant account providers server went down over the holiday weekend, and they just got it back up this afternoon.  Unfortunately for me, none of the orders placed over the last four days had their credit cards charged, even though they issued a confirmation number, which I use in good faith to ship the orders.  So, if you are one of the members who received an email, your order has already been shipped by priority mail, but you haven't been charged.  We don't store CC info, so please place the order again, or call the number provided.  Otherwise, I just get screwed.

I spent a whole hour on the phone demanding they pay for these orders, but they pointed to the fine print in the agreement that says they're not responsible for their own mistakes.  Welcome to the business world they say. :mad:

EDIT: I have fixed my order, the woman on the phone was very nice.

Everyone, get on this! Of 63 orders they didn't get paid for, I was only the third to call in to correct it!

I ordered mine last Friday and was absolutely amazed to have gotten it on Tuesday.  I didn't even pay for the shipping and I got the discount too!  Thanks!  I double checked to make certain you got paid.

By the way I loved it.  You cleared up a truck load of questions.  Particularly about agar work and about wood spawn.  Oh yeah for anyone on the fence about this one it's loaded with really cool tips too!

Yea, there were a few orders that came through while I was fixing the shipping. I was switching from UPS only, to a choice between them and USPS, so those orders slipped through the crack as the post office software was uploading and got free shipping. You scored. I didn't mind eating a few shipping charges, but five days worth of orders that got an authorization code, but didn't charge sucks. Thanks to all who have called in or paid online so far! MRK Enterprises is the corp. name, so that's what will be on everybody's credit card statement.

Everything is working fine now, and the site is easier to navigate too.
