Looking for 5 online users to fill out a simple multiple-choice questionnaire (20 questions x 4 times + call).

Here's how it works...we are working on a new site, we need 5 people to help us out with the beta testing using various systems.

I'll send you a 20 question multiple-choice Q&A via e-mail to fill out while you are viewing the site, I make some changes, you check it out and we do it again a few more times. It is very simple and in total, it will only take you about 1-hour for all the questionnaires and the call.

-Conditions

You must complete each individual questionnaire within a 24-hour period after being e-mailed the info. (I really can't sit around for days or weeks...).

At the end of the final questionnaire, you must permit a 10-15 minute phone call if needed, so I can verify that you visited the site for beta testing and to clarify the Q&A accurately.

You must agree not to discuss the testing, URLs or questions until we are finished (we need zero traffic).
