Mycro Bags- Question for after 100% colinization

I ordered 5 of those mycro bags, injected with some B+ and Mazatech- Here is my question:

I feel I would get a lot more yeild if I were to break up the colinized substrate and use a casing tek with 50/50? Would it work better than letting the shrooms grow in the bag like it says to>? Although I am sorda new at all of this, my first casing try with manure compost worked good.
