hey i got some ph level quick dip aquarium test strips.

i never used one before so what should i be looking for when i do this?

There should be a color-code on the side of the box the strips came in, just dip the strip in the feeding water and read of the strip according to the color-code.

ok i did that. man the colors are so simular i cant even tell. some one said its the miricle grow soil im using.

personally, i dont think it is a lack of N. I think it is a lockout caused by the time release fertilizer.
You dont want any fertilizer right now.

I agree, Its definately nutrient lockout. Just water it with nothing but water all week, and then fertilize it again with less nutrients.

and make sure you're soil is the correct pH.
