Rooted I'm assuming?

I would let it grow by itself with just water for atleast another week or two without giving it any fertilizer, and let it get situated.

First of all, it looks decent right now, what is it planted in? What ever it is, it looks moist, so make sure you don't over water it.

How is it receiving light?

What temperature is it being kept at, and do you possibly know the humidity?

its in one of thos lil squares and i just made a hole and pluged it in there.
its under a 450 hps.

Use it as a mother plant so you can start taking your own clones. Once you get the hang of it you can root any part of the plant.

my question now is what can i feed it? i have some bloom and flower nutrient's but i think they are for hydro only. would their be a difference?

You can use hydro nutrients for soil. Most brands have soil instructions on them or at the web site on most brands containers.

Make sure you have the correct ph. Next time you water check the ph of the water running out of the bottom of the pot also. If the clone is over two weeks old it may need a little food.

You can go to a local pet shop/walmart and pick up some ph test stripes

after two weeks of being rooted and fully established I give my clones 25 % the recomended dose of nitrogen

Have you noticed any new growth yet

The light is probably not the problem.. Make sure the soil dries out between waterings. A pH kit is absolutely necessary, you can get one for close to nothing, I think my went for 5 bucks or something like that..
