Yeah roughly , I did somehting like 16 jars with 3, but I used to mays pores, I have colonization on some of the jars right now.

Check out the honey or malt mycelium teks on here and make some it makes a print go further and it also colonizes faster with less chance of contams.

A spore print is in the region of a billion spores, you should be able to make thousands of jars from this at a cost to yourself of time only!

yeah what he said, i'd figure maybe 300 jars reality wise though,

from one print you could make ~10 syringes.

With one syringe you can inoculate ~10 jars.

It all depends what you want to do and how you want to do it.

You could always colonize 10 agar dishes with one print, then have each agar dish do 9 more dishes each, then those do 9 more each, and each petri could do 4 jars (quart sized jars of course :wink:) and you could do 3240 jars, then expand it to straw...

All a dream though :smile:

ps: expanding mycelial mass too much can result in lower potency, but that would mean expanding it 4-5 times on agar (just a waste of time really) and 4 times in jars to more jars... Which in turn would result in a truckload of spawn, and even more mushrooms...
