I don't know about the spore works but the tek, although no credit is provided, is shroom wizard's tek. find it here on the shroomery and you can read it without that confusing background.

I've done business with both the Spore Works (Workman) and The Hawks Eye (Ryche). You can't go wrong with either one. Both provide fast and professional service. The information found on both sites is worth reviewing and incorporating into you methodology. Good Luck!!
