That would be one big and huge ass-full of amanita if you really wanted it to work one bit(in a psychedelic way). How far up your ass is the concern when trying a full hallucinogenic dose up your ass. It cant all sit in one place. Not enough surface area.
The "Ass method" certainly can work VERY well with low doses of psi mushrooms.
I wouldnt recommend it with amanita. Its a waist of ass-space.

Try 1 gram up your ass before you try 10....lol

i have eaten 24 grams dried AM so theoretically eating the whole thing should be safe

probably no ill stomach as well since the extraction carboxylized most the ibotenic acid
