Organic Cow Manure

i bought some BlackKow compost from home depot, and read posts on how it is NOT good!
soi looked around at kmart and found a bag that says orgranic cow manure
now wouldn't this be good?

i still dont understand why blackkow wouldn't be good, i emailed them and they said there are no anti fungal chemicals in there...

I tried everyway possible to steralize that stuff...(microwave-oven-pc)...and I always ended up with a rainbow of contams and bugs hatching and plants growing out of it....so now I use straw....MUCH easier.
