Cow manure from Franks

Recently purchased bag of 2 in 1 Dehydrated cow manure from Franks Nursery.

Says its organic materials. However there is some language about processing.

I really hope this stuff will work in combination with my straw. If I pasturize it and it hasn't been previously colonized by another fungus will I have success using this as a bulk substrate?

My friend had consistently poor results with store bought manure.

if that doesn't work, don't bother trying Home Depot's manure, they sell like 4 pound bags of semi-wet manure. It also stalls after sometime and then contaminates.
