Size at harvest?

How big do these things end up being when it's ready to harvest them. Right now they're only like an inch long. I believe they are Amazons or Ecuadores i don't remember anymore. They are stems with a round dome top which is brown in color.

So just so i know when their ready, how big do they get?

They're ready to harvest when the veil starts to tare from the stem or just before.
If you want to make prints let the cap fully open up. you'll start to see purple on the coller of the stem where the cap pulled away from the stem. Then your ready for that. The size of a shroom isn't an indication of wetheror not it's mature. Some mature Small lets say 2in. and others could be 7 or 8in. When you do make prints
don't leave em to long or they'll drop most of there spores and you won't get a nice dark print

Even mushrooms of the same species can vary hugely. I am groing some EQs, some in a big casing of straw and others in a small casing of millet. The straw shrooms are 7 inches and the millet are about three inches. It has alot to do with amount of water and nutrients.
