how to pick mushies

is it better to pick them as each one individually matures or several at the same time? Thanks guys

Most of the time several will mature at the same time,pick when they are ready and leave the little ones to finish growing up,if you cant pic fully mature ones because they are growing in a cluster with little ones just cut the big ones of as close to the bottom as you can

^ lol that makes no sense.

Blut jager has it right, it's ok to cut the caps off or cut the mushroom at its base if it matures quicker then others. This helps keep your grow free(er) of spores and will not harm the mushrooms growing next to the ones you want to remove.

I eat all mine as soon as I see a veil . Munch it right down to the substrate level on the cake .:thumbup:

My question basicaly is are the stumps going to br good to eat or not when they dry

The stumps are edible, but tough and hard to swallow. On manure substrates, I don't recommend eating any part that has been in direct contact with the manure unless you boil it first.
