Substrate - pf/ mmgg

What is the best formula to go with for substrate ,mmgg or p.f they have conflicting substrate mixes. Afoaf followed the p.f tech which calls for less water and more verm , to the mmgg that calls for less verm and more water. He noticed the p.f substrate seems a bit DRY and is concerned. He was thinking of making a new batch using mmgg formula . Anyone have any experience with using bolth formula's. Which one might be better ....Thanks

i love mmgg :) because there's more food For the mushies and colanize faster for me well thats just me :)
