The jar could be colonizing in the center of the cake. So it just looks like it's stopped, but it hasn't.
I would wait a little bit, until the cake looks totally white and you can't see verm through it anymore.

I would wait about 5-7 days after 100% colonization as you never know if your cake is actually 100% colonized without braking it open to see the inner cake. This will just ensure its either done or really close and it will be stronger mycelium, always a good thing :smile:

I had two similar events with diff outcomes

1. Growth stalled at 85%
I took tape off it took off and in two days finished

2. Growth stalled at 70% started yellowing
Never finished.
Birthed it anyway IT STANK !!!

The mycelium though didn;t die it just refused to grow with stinky relatives.

The first one doesn't seem to smell, and it has just started growth again today, so I have my fingers crossed :smile:

My second one has just become 100% colonised, so in 7 days, I will birth the sucker. Just have to get the tank ready :smile: All so exciting, This is my first time growing, and the first time I will trip on mushies :smile:
