Internet addiction...

what should i do? move the computer out of my room? i don't know what i'll replace my computer time with. i'm on pretty much all day, everyday when i'm not at school or with my friends. it's so easy to procrastinate on the computer and it's really hindering my goals - mainly completing my schoolwork and getting a job.

I used to have the same problem.
My solution was to just list my interests and starting to do other things I enjoy. Like drawing, photographing, reading, exercising, going out with friends more often, meditating, taking up my interest in astronomy again, even spending more time on schoolwork.
And then I just didnt have the time anymore to sit behind the computer all day :smile:

So my advice is to find out what to replace your time with then, you must have some interests besides the computer..
