polls forum

what exactly is the point?
at any given time there seem to be more polls in OTD than the polls forum.
right now there's two threads active in the last two days in there. and OTD wouldn't be that bad of a place for them.
perhaps now that the novelty of the poll is over the forum isn't as useful....

A forum for polls is a waste. Just stick polls in OTD. Then there would be space for a new forum, whatever that may be.

yup... that's a classic one there.


i say we keep the polls forum, maybe move the dumber ones (like the for-mentioned one ) to otd or something.

I moved all the Polls forum posts to OTD and deleted the Polls forum.

No technological limit, but lots of forums make for lotsa clutter and confusion...that's why most would like to keep the number of them minimal, or relatively minimal I guess you'd say--we have a LOT more now than we used to, and its nice But too many would be worse in some ways than not enough. I think we're right around optimal at the moment.
