New incubating/friuting chamber idea

Hey,

I was struggling with how to keep the temperatures for my incubating/fruiting chambers in the proper range. I thought if you put one aquarium into a larger aquarium, fill the larger one with water and add a water heater. The water level would not let water get into the smaller aquarium, which is the chamber. The entire fruiting chamber would be surrounded by evenly heated water, therefor keeping the temperatures optimal, right?
