so is schwoogie a racial slur?

im curious, noone i know has ever even heard the term, i picked it up on otd the other day from king of the things posts....

anyways i have modified it a bit into the following word which i have been testing out here and there

Schwoogins - a positive affirmation such as 'word' or 'for shizzle'

but im afraid that if this is a racial slur that im going to get my ass kicked.....

so is schwoogie a slur or what?
