Casing Sterilization

Since it's such a pain in the ass for me to gain access to a pressure cooker, would it be possible to case without sterilizing the mix? Mycellium is supposed to be contaminant-resistant, right?

You could put it in the oven at like 350 -400 degrees for 45-min/1 hour... then if the casing is a little dry, just spray some water on it..

I sterilize my peat moss and verm for 15 mins at 175 degrees in the oven to kill contams works decently

then i make the casing up
