hey all cultivators and innovators
my boy is at the end of his devep of his beautiful 9 ft by 5 ft fruiting/pinning chamber. consists of 6 shelves, aluminum spaced bar shelves from h depot, a fixed mini blow fan at center top, floures light that evenly penetrates throughout(timer), filtered duct hose from outside of chamber running veritcal and then across top of chamber with vents to let fresh oxy in, plastic lined walls that edge out at bottom to slope the drip into the trays, nice easy put in and pull out water collection trays, cool mist humidifier on bottom with blower on low, and finally a warm mist on high with a box to collect moister and slowly vent it out. nice 150 dollar hepa system filtering the small room outside the chamber as well. co2 vents out with the opening of sliding doors and small vent at top as well as crack in between the sliding door(lined with plastic). hopefully since there is a small space space between floor and sliding doors, since co2 is heavy and settles..it vents out there with fan oxy pushing it downward.
now the problem is too much heat....the warm mist is creating a perfect amount of hum with 95-96 + but is pushing the temp upwards to 88 deg at some times. im pretty sure but not so exp to know for sure, but the high heat is stunting the growth of the pins while they are develop..as well as the few that are maturing seem to be breaking their veil too early without gaining more weight and height. is what happens with high temp????
so the ultimate question, under these cirmustances and the set-up, how do you propose a cure to my boy's issues. the overheating? is it the heat stunting their growth?? cool mist alone never gets the 95 % plus needed. he loves his loveones dearly and would love to see them grow in to bright little sunshines of joy. =) cant u see all the LOVE haha...peace, and true happiness
all interest would be greatly appreciated, hasta

Don?t use a hot mist humidifier, use a cool mist instead.
