Not sure on cost, you'd have to call local artists, however I doubt it'd cost that much. There are stipulations.. You must provide video evidence to prove it's not a hoax... somebody must tape while you're being tat'd. :smile:

I can't stand the feeling of being shaved. I feel like a ten year old. I just keep it trimmed to about half an inch or less and shave around the sides and underneath. It all works out.
