shit man this whole ordeal has opened my eyes...

Since high school I've driven with weed almost every day, and smoked with my friends almost every day driving around my town... not even thinking about ever getting busted.

I know now that this was ridiculous and I'm very lucky to never have gotten fucked (even after a few very very close calls).

I don't even have a clue who Shroomism is (im a newb) but I feel like I gotta help a brother out    :mushroom2: :stash:

If they have no reason they cant search it.

u denying the search doesnt give them reason.

Its something they do to yunger people casue they get scared and usually let them.

I'm 100% sure he did NOT consent to a search.  Cops do what they want and if it goes to court its their word against his.  Guess whos side the judge will take?  Its a shitty, shitty situation.  Poor Shroomism :frown: <3

If you dont consent to a search, the cop can call a k-9 unit to sniff for drugs, and if the dog finds something, that will give him probable cause to search your car.

It's so unreal for me that most of the shroomerites live in a country with such fucked up laws... and then I still know how much worse most other countries are. I feel really lucky to live in Holland

I love to see what an online community does for "online friends". I wish Shroomism all the best and I'm sending him some shroomism karma at the moment!

About the donation: I live in Holland and don't have a paypal account. I would love to send some money but I don't know how. I do have a credit card. Is there any way to donate some money without paypal? I guess not...  :frown:

I updated the webpage with all the new information I have. 
Looks like the arraignment will be on November 8th.  Let's hope for the best.. :rocket:

Even better news it looks like he will be bailed out this evening.  As it turns out, Ares/Adamist found a bailbondsman that will accept car titles as collateral so if all goes well Shroomism will be free tonight!
