12 hours in Florida and I get arrested and thrown in jail for possession of 3 grams of the world's safest plant, a bowl, and 4 flexirils. Charged with 2 misdemeanors and a felony.. 

I thought I was going to be rotting in that place until February..
But then Ares and Adamist visited and told me the shroomery was supporting me... and I just couldn't believe it when they told me to pack my stuff tonight.

I'm just so glad to be free.. what a fucking hellhole

LOl my buddy just skipped Florida courts for another state.. Florida is the only state that witholds their records. FUCK FLORIDA is all I can say about a zero tolerance state like this!!
they locked him up for thirty days for smoking a blunt in a car.
He was busted by an off duty cop too.
they gave him a year probation and periodic drops... He said fuck all that...

Imagine the money they can spend to put us into the system when rapists and killers are walking from the court room everyday.... Fuck that shit!!!

AWESOME, freedom at last.. How was your stay, and did you learn much or have to fight anyone? Man, that totally sucks what happened.. Perhaps you can give us more details on how you want to fight it.. YOu plan to fight it in court right? Get some good legal advice, and go with a state lawyer if you think you can beat it.. There is lawyers here and people who have been there done that that can help!

Well the public pretender I have is a joke.. she wants me to plead guilty to everything. I just got out and am still absorbing the waves of freedom but I'm going to try and get a lawyer because it's bullshit. flexiril isn't even a controlled substance and that's my felony charge.

marion county jail is apparently the worst in florida, and it's true from what I experienced.. though I've never been to any adult jail before. Not even TV or cigarettes or school or anything.. just 80 people locked in a big ass concrete and steel room. I only got challenged once when this guy tried to pop me for looking at him, but I caught it and put him in an arm bar and I guess that got respect because no one fucked with me again. But what a fuckin hellhole.. I only learned one thing.. come to florida on vacation, leave on probation, come back on violation.

Congrats on getting out. I don't really know you, but I hate to see anyone locked up for such bullshit. Having been in county myself, I know how shitty it can be. It's really the boredom that got to me more than anything.

Yes freedom is indeed grand. Now to get this shit over with so I can leave. I just hope I'm not fucking stuck in florida forever, that would suck. Hoping I can get away without probation, because probation would fuck me, but I'll just see what happens, if I have to go back to jail for a month I'd gladly take that over getting probation in this fucked up county for a year or two.

yeah 80+ people to each pod.. it was hard to get sleep unless you can sleep through 50 people talking and making noise until 4am. This jail especially sucked, because it is privately owned and it exists just to make lots of money from the inmates.. most of the people there were serving insane amounts of time for violation of probation.. because florida puts you on probation and they will violate you on the smallest thing. marion county especially doesn't fuck around apparently. They had me with all the felons and no tv or smoking and shitty canteen and even worse food that you have to pay for. I got a towel after 5 days.. it just sucked all around. But now I'm more cultured or something.

I was arrested in Flordia for misdemeanor cannabis charge and I got off extremely lightly. Saw a counseler who said I didn't have a problem and I had to do some community service.

We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. Right on bro freedom can be taken for granted. I got busted with about 10 grams of shrooms in my car about 3 1/2 years ago. Shrooms I actually picked, and they charged me with Manufacturing a controlled substance level H or something. Luckily I did some drug court program which erases your charge after completing a year long drug screening program. Funny thing was the cops did not know how to charge me for the shrooms, didn't even know what they were called. 911 is joke!

yes they did ..also had to put 5 car titles on the line

I guess I'm stuck in this shithole of florida until sentencing then I'm out. eh who cares if I leave probation in marion county, I will never come back.
