Isreali Hypocracy

Round 1
"Yes, please come see the Jenin refugee camp, we have nothing to hide, we only killed the bad guys (and a FEW cilvilians)" - Isrealis
"Yes, please come see the Jenin refugee camp, come see the cilvilians massacred by the Isreali army" - Palestinians
Round 2
"Oh wait, your actually going to send people soon? NO WAY, you are no longer welcome! We will block your efforts if a team is sent soon." - Isreal
"What does Isreal have to hide? Come find out before the evidence is destroyed!" - Palestinians
---
The Isrealis have backtracked on their support for a UN resolution to send an inspection team into Jenin - they argue the team to be observing the camp would be biased against Isreal because of a lack of (which is untrue, an American retired major/general is a part of th team) military experience within the team.
Coverage of Isreal's backout is almost completly ignored in the US media (while the US gov has also relieved pressure on its demand of isreal's withdrawl), while it has caused an outrage in the European community (which has firmly demanded isreali withdrawl since isreali operations began).
This is information control at its best - US media has focused attention on the standoff at the Church of Nativity, while Isreal is quietly trying to weasel its way out of the UN inspection.
If they've done nothing wrong, as they insist, then what do they have to hide? They are being provided with a due process that palestinians do not enjoy.
I think the Inspection team, planned to be there by saturday, will not make it into Jenin because of Isreali intervention.
Or maybe they will, and Sharon will be tried for war crimes.

Did they seriously ask for a retired u.s. general with experience! That is just perfect, I suggest we send General Mccaffrey, he would provide the experience and unbiased opinion that Sharon needs.

Isreal has denyed the UN fact-finding team from investigating the Jenin camp
Any vote on a resolution made by the UN to force Isreali co-operation, is likely to be veto'ed by the US
And pretty soon, everybody will just forget about it

Ahh yes. dead babys. Always the perfect thing to draw sympathy. A great tactic long used by someone wanting to stir up emotion and propogandize.
I noticed you did not include the report of the human rights commision who did go to jenin and said there was no massacre. I noticed you showed no pictures of the many civilians who have been killed by the suicide bombers including children.
You are speaking about a people that have had 6 million of thier numbers slaughtered while the world sat on their asses.
Let me ask you, where else can the Jews go? Let me ask you if you support the war in afganistan and if you have any clue as to how many children "we" killed there?
Did you know that 35,000 children died on sept 11 according to the UN from starvation?
Quit the cheap tactics and be fair about a very complicated issue.

In reply to:

For a people that brings up the point of being persecuted, they have no problem in persecuting and oppressing others.
In reply to:

I don't support the war In Afghanistan and if the Jews have a right to have a land so do the Palestinians, what are Palestinians less human than the Jews? How would you like if some one kicked you out of your house and bulldozed? I bet in no time you would start making bombs.

I've got an idea. How 'bout if all the asshole Palestinians and all the asshole Israelis get together and shove grenades up their asses and pull the pin, and quit using the innocent as human shields to achieve their agendas.
If you move to the west bank settlements and get your ass blown up all I got to say is ... well DUH!

why would israel attack jenin? first, jenin wasn't just a poor little city that evveryone thinks it is and here comes big mighty evil israel abusing this little city. NO! 80% of the suicide bombers that have either been caight or been identified after their terrorist attack came from the little town. second, there was a weapons and explosives factory located in the city.
and please do not talk about the US vetoing anti-Israeli resolution because we all know that all Arab countries vote against every anti-palestinian resolution ever passed after 1948. the only public allied that israel has is the US and the Marshall islands. there are actually the only people who vote for any resolution that is leaning to the Israelis and the rest of the membere in the UN either vote against or abstain... most vote against actually.

nice pictures there buddy... oh wait... why are little babies doing in the middle of a crossfire. are you actually saying that an israeli soldier came in someone's house, went to go and look for a crib to shoot a little kid? or was it just the fact that the baby was caught in the middle of the cross fire due to the irresponsiblity of his/her parents? which was more likely to have happened? think about it!

What part of Israel did you live in? I was born and raised in Jerusalem. My grandfather came here in 1950. He worked for three years in a Nazi work camp. At the end of the war, he was told his wife had died in the gas chambers at Dachau.
I've seen both sides of the conflict. My dad served in the military and firmly believed that the Palestinians had to be wiped out before there could be peace. He took early retirement from the military and worked on Ariel Sharon's campaign in 2001. And none of that saved his son, my brother, from being murdered by terrorists in a this spring. (I can give you his name and any details you want if you really feel the need to confirm it.)
I've seen the Palestinian side, too. I've worked with international and Israeli NGO's in the occupied territories and in the refugee camps. I've seen a lot of death. I've seen people shot in front of me.
The situation is a lot more complex than you paint it. You should know that by having lived in Israel.

You can support Israel and Palestine at the same time. Don't let anyone tell you you have to pick sides. Picking sides is what created this whole mess in the first place.
Support Democracy and Self determination for Palestine and Israel. Support efforts to Economically force Israel back to it's pre 1948 borders. Because there is NO WAY and HELL anyone can force Israel out of existence anymore, and there is no way in hell that the world can deny Palestine any more.

The Israeli government is horrible. Sharon is an indicted war crimminal for what he allowed in Lebanon. Sharon wants to kill Palestinians and choke them off from the restof the world. Arafat is a lying genocidal ;iece of shit as well. The only way for any progress to be made is if these two areDEAD.
