Casing question

Hi all :smile:

A few days ago (april 16) i cased some jars of cambodians.
Now i see some white spot of mycelium getting through the casing layer.
How long should i let it stay incubating?
or is it alright to start the pinning stage?

Ok Paddo, wait until you see mycelium poking through the casing layer in the lower parts, I wait until i see it in all of the casing (not coming through all, but poking through the lower parts all over). Hope that makes sense!!
If you think this has happened, go to fruiting, if you're not sure, go to fruiting anyway.
