jar incubation question?

okay, i know i have posted several times but I am a complete newbie and i want to do everything right...

anyways, my question is on incubation of the jars. I have read over almost all the cake teks out (I am using PF Tek) and the information on incubation is a bit ambiguous. My question is when i incubate my jars, do i keep them in a completly dark place, or just somewhere with indirect light?

Also, what should be the max amount of light any jar should recieve while incubating?

Keep em in the dark. Introduction to light is one of the triggers
that cause pinning when you birth them.

You can take them out once a day or whatever to check them, but store them in the dark.
