So I went to the petshop today (fog generator)
    #6085604 -

to get some foods for my animal when they had a sale on these fog generators and i thought , cool, i like fog, and bought two (i keep alot of animals of all sorts so that is why i bought two), here is the product descriptiion:

Generates a cold mist in all types of terrariums. Ideal for increasing humidity levels and creating a natural misty and damp environment. Operates in any water part (e.g. Exo Terra Water Dishes, Waterfalls, etc.) as shallow as 5 cm!

But I started to think. could this be used in a terratorium for mushroom growth, i kinda pictured mushroom growing up in the morning fog pop pop pop and thought to myself, that seems like the kind of enviroment a fungi would be happy in.

So what you think?

I've thought of trying one of them. I haven't tryed yet tho.

Seems like it would be good, especially if you had it on some kind of timer...

Misters have some problems. Mist!=RH. They generate a lot of tiny droplet like spray down, that's good, right? Not quite. Imagine spraying down with 10 bottles for 1min. There's a good chance you have standing water droplets(contam city). I supposed you can use them on timer with condensation schematic of some sort to get all the visible droplets out... but why not just invest in couple of air pumps, some perlite and nice bubblers for automation? Should be much less work and comparible cost simple and proven automation.
