They didnt play anything from undertow or opiate at the Phoenix show. In fact, I was kind of dissapointed.

Also, some asshole threw a water bottle and hit maynard in the head.

He wen offstage for the entire song and the band just played it instrumental. I'm sure he was damn near forced to come back out and finish.

He also didnt sing much, kept skipping lyrics and 'letting the crowd sing' but not in the normal way bands do, he would pick the oddest wierdest times and the crowd wouldnt even know the words half the time.

Yeah thats about how I felt when it was over. It was maybe closer to an hour and 10/15 minutes. One 'encore' teaser and that was it.

SUpposedly Maynard was sick or something as well, but I dont know for sure.

Show is Phoenix was great but by far my least favorite Tool show to date. Maynard was sick and was struck in the head with a bottle by some fucking idiot (who was hopefully beaten to death) and refused to sing the majority of 46 & 2 and The Pot. I saw them twice in one year and in May their setlist was almost exactly the same as 2 weeks ago so I am happy anyway
