Question for Tool fans

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone could help me out with a question about a song that I think is from Aenima. Several years ago I was throwing a party and several of us ate some shrooms and some pretty good tabs. This one girl saw I had Aenima and put it on one part of an instrumental part late in the album which sounded like there were children whispering in the background. This chick then said something about sub-harmonics and how it was a part of the track we heard better because we were tripping, and that she had thought it was one of the cooler "hidden" media experiences for tripping.

I've gone through the whole album stoned and completely sober and never heard it again.

1. What do you make of that? I know just a tiny bit about subharmonics and audio perception, but not enough to know if she was full of BS.

2. Do you know what song and time on the track it is?

I'm pretty sure that's somewhere in the middle (The "Phosphorescent desert buttons" part) of Third Eye. I don't know what 'subharmonics' are but Tool has always liked to throw in little goodies in their albums that aren't so obvious. I wouldn't put it past them.

I'd say Cessaro Summability. Also some more whisper type stuff in Ticks and Leeches, and the cover of the Led Zeppelin song, No Quarter.

I'm pretty sure this happened right before Lateralus came out.

I'll have to go and double check No Quarter again now - back to high school!
