DMT Video with Joe Rogan

Hopefully this hasn't been posted before, but I found this on google video, It's a video about DMT narrated by the Fear Factor host Joe Rogan. I never knew he used psychadelics, but now I know. I've never tried DMT but this video is sweet none the less, intersting visuals and an interesting conversation.

That's funny you said that though. I was tripping once at my friend's apartment and he had some people over, and one of the preppiest people was tripping too, just waving his hand in front of his face with the same smile a 3 year old has when he sees a big bowl of candy. I was there at one point too, I won't make fun of him but the way he acted made it seem he'd get nothing more out of the experience but "pretty colors".

I would have never guessed that Joe Rogan was big into psychedelics either. I guess that shows that you can't judge a book by it's cover.

Way to go, Joe. Never knew he was a psychonaut. Anyone can sputter out this and that, but what he says is spot on eh :smile:

Dont get me wrong, Im glad Joe Rogan is trying to get the good word out on DMT. Many of his references to Strausman are wrong though. How many posters have read the spirit molecule? A lot of the stuff Joe said Strausman said in his book, werent said at by strausman at all. Read the book, you'll see.

Yeah Rogan tried to sound like he was more experienced than he really was I think. Seems like a smart guy though and is on the right path. I never knew he was into tripping either, and I love the excitement in his voice... I get like that when I start explaining this stuff to the uninformed as well. I've never been able to try DMT unfortunately, only mushrooms (4-ho-dmt). I thought it was interesting he mentioned 5-Me-DMT, anyone have experience with that? He said there was no visuals.

I've yet to try any form of DMT myself but I can't imagine that's true. He seems to know his shit pretty well but I think that was one of the few inaccuracies in the video. What I don't understand is that he said that's what he did. And he talked about a being that had light pulsing through it's arteries instead of blood. But then he said that 5-MeO is less visual. Huh? Did I misunderstand something?
