I found this outside my apartment in orlando, fl what is it

I found this lil mushi on a a patch of mulch. it stood abour 4" tall and had a cone shaped cap(white with a cinnimon sun burst in the center). the gills are close and crowded with what i belive are a med brown spore. the stem is about 3-31/2" with a dark almost blue ring aroubd it just wanted to know what it was any hel would be great (edit by eris: no locations)

I doubt it is anything active or that you want to consider eating.. mushrooms found in mulch, in FL that have "white with a cinnimon sun burst in the center", don't sound too promising. You should be checking cow pastures, etc.
