Cobweb growing on Casing Soil?! Please Help

Hi,
I have a rather large casing goin' on and it's about 2' x 1' with about 4 inches of straw mixed with Rye and topped with soil. Anyway, just today I took a peek at my little buddies and I noticed that the area that I moved some soil at with a fork seems to have little hairs linking each other everywhere. I'm working on a pic. The hairs seem to be lying low and very short.. ANY help or input would be great.. thanks....

H2O2(hydrogen Perixide) is fantastic! The Myelium doesn't seem to mind it at all, and I've had success is killing off the dreaded cobweb...
I use a 3%w/v solution to kill the badies. Ppl say to dilute it, but i've had the most success using it straight from the bottle. JUST be sure to get the 3% stuff.....

The h2o2 helps... some other things that seem to help are reducing the humditiy, increasing the fresh air, raising the PH a bit, and leaving a light on the cobweb 24/7.
