Rye tek

Out of all of the teks I have printed out, not one of them is the rye tek. I don't really need the tek, just the substrate formula. Can anybody help? Also, is constant light OK for your cakes or do they need a cycle? Any response is appreciated.

the rye grain tek?
i think it is BRIEFLY mentioned in the MMGG.
read the end of that, then ask questions
its in the end .. under bulk substrate methods or something like that
