I wanna download the most violent rap song's ever....lyric wise and I wanna hear rage out of there vocals too.

Also metal, punk, whatever else would be good...but I rather listen to rap but it's all good.

why? because I wanna work out and box with that shit on so it makes me in a violent mindstate! :-P

You should check out Slayer's last two albums.
"God Hates Us All" and "Christ Illusion". They are pretty much anti-everything.

Borther Lynch is as bad ass as it gets when it comes to violent rap. Mostly about eating babies and fucking corpses.

Metal Devil Driver(hardcore but not so bad on lyrics) and Cannibal Corpse is some horrid shit if you can understand what there saying

Download almost anything from Necro (rap) hes saditsic and about the only rap ill listen to. Slayer is also fuckin awesome, lamb of god, carnal forge, pissing razors, and lastly ive always liked devildriver for workout tunes.
