Also metal, punk, whatever else would be good...but I rather listen to rap but it's all good.
why? because I wanna work out and box with that shit on so it makes me in a violent mindstate! :-P

Man, get some good drum n bass, such as this song on a Dieselboy album.
-------------------- "Now that the principalities and the powers stockpile weapons of mass destruction, contaminate the earth with their feverish industry, release floods of images to trigger insatiable desires, treat animals and humans as commodities and functions of a market, the devil must be grinning from ear to ear."

It doesn't need to be "violent" music, so much as high energy.
Deftones and Rage Against The Machine both get me pretty pumped.

You should check out Slayer's last two albums. "God Hates Us All" and "Christ Illusion". They are pretty much anti-everything.

One Bullet Left - Six Feet Under... if you listen to it wait till you hear Ice T's part it's what makes the song
Killing in the Name - RATM... FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME
Dance with the Devil - Immortal Technique... great song good message not something I want to hear often

Hmm, you should try some amphetamine music the city of Rotterdam churns out. Download this and play it LOUD, I guarantee you that halfway through this song you want to kill something
This music isn't passive aggressive, this is grab-a-brick aggressive.
