Casing my substrates

Hello triped out wierd guys I was just wandering when the appropriate time to case my substrates would be. One is about 45-50% colonized and the other is a little more, should I just wait till they are completely colonized or almost completely?
Please let me know, also is there anyone i might could get a syringe or print of a good strain off of, Im not really particular about which just a good simple potent strain to expieriment with, because the ones that grow around my house dont look good like yours they are usually smaller and less potent anyway let me know something.

you should wait until 3-4 days after your substrate is 100% colonized. Move to terrarium and case.
