When are my casing ready to birth? Newbie

I have three EQ casings. Cased about 5 days ago. What all do I need to look for to see if they are ready? They have some white fuzz coming thru, I am patching it (I read somewhere here that this is what you do). I am new, I am sure you guessed. I really enjoy all the loads of information posted here and have "started" successfully fruiting cakes. Any info regarding casing birth time would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

When you see the white mycellium poking threw the casing layer.....don't patch it.
Birth the casing in a fruiting chamber with humidity at 95% or higher.
After you see pins....lower the humidity to 85%.
