Just got a promotion at my new job!!!
    #5888962 -

I started a new job, working in a plastics plant, in January of this year. I was putting toilet seats together. Real simple, kinda fast paced, but not a hard job by any means.

I was @ work last Sunday, one of the mold setters was on vacation and another called in sick, leaving us with only 2 mold setters. My press was down for a mold change and I was just walking around helping the other operators get their work stations prepared for the day.

Around 10pm my supervisor told me to go help the Sr Mold Setter get press seven up and running. I said OK, and started my training as a mold setter

Just out of the blue they decided to give me a promotion, from the lowest paying jobs in the plant, to one of the highest.

How cool is that

Congrats, man. Life can kick you out of the blue like that. Sometimes it's up. Sometimes it's down.
