Cobweb? mycelium? white contam?

I have 2 jars with a strange white growth in some areas. It doesn't look much like cobweb mold pics i've seen and it doesn't react to h2o2. is there any other white contam? I've noticed sometimes, when i get green mold, it first appears as a white mold and 1 or 2 days later it turns green. I don't think that's the case because i have it like a week ago...any help?

One of the jars is brown rice whole grain, the other is a mix of 80% whole grain rye and 20% brown rice grain (a little experiment i've made).
